About the Chapter

Governance at UNILAG

The UNILAG Chapter of the Corporate Governance Club is the University of Lagos arm of the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria's flagship student initiative. Inaugurated in 2025, the chapter brings together students from across UNILAG's faculties who share a commitment to ethical leadership and corporate excellence.

Operating within one of Nigeria's most vibrant academic environments, the UNILAG Chapter connects students directly to Lagos' thriving business community — home to the Nigerian Stock Exchange, major banks, law firms, and multinational corporations.

Our chapter provides members with unparalleled access to governance practitioners, real-world boardroom exposure, and a professional network that extends well beyond graduation.
